📋 Description

• This role combines executive assistance, business operations, and growth support for the founder of Helm, an AI-powered construction technology startup, serving as a trusted partner in managing communications, protecting executive time, coordinating initiatives, and supporting customer-facing outreach.
• Day to day, the person will manage the founder’s inbox end-to-end, maintain calendar organization across time zones, draft LinkedIn content and manage professional presence, support outbound business development in the construction sector, research and qualify prospects, maintain CRM accuracy, track action items and project timelines, coordinate internal meetings and team rituals, and assist with offsite planning and logistics.
• Frontier is a subsidiary of Fresh Prints, a New York-based, fast-growing, fully remote company with 150 employees primarily based in India and the Philippines; Frontier helps fast-growing companies build cross-functional teams abroad by placing top talent into client organizations.
• The person can learn and achieve deep exposure to startup operations, founder-level decision-making, and growth strategy in a high-impact role; develop expertise in executive support, CRM management, LinkedIn branding, and customer outreach; and gain ownership of cross-functional initiatives with significant long-term growth potential in a remote, entrepreneurial environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives, founders, or leadership teams
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience managing calendars, inboxes, and executive priorities
• Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership
• Experience with CRM platforms and productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, or similar software
