- • As a Strategic Project Manager at BLP Digital, you will lead end-to-end implementations of Native-AI-powered ERP automation products, helping global enterprises reimagine their business processes and achieve measurable success through AI-driven transformation.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning the full implementation lifecycle — from gathering client requirements and designing tailored solutions to collaborating with engineering teams, ensuring seamless integration, driving product adoption, and feeding customer feedback into continuous platform improvements.
- • BLP Digital is a fast-growing SaaS scaleup spun out of ETH Zurich and HSG, serving 20,000+ daily active users across 40+ countries and automating 70,000+ processes daily for Fortune 500 clients, combining deep expertise in AI, ERP systems, and business process optimization.
- • In this role, you will develop strong cross-functional collaboration skills, deepen your expertise in ERP automation and AI applications, drive measurable business impact for enterprise clients, and grow into a trusted advisor at the intersection of technology and operations — with clear pathways for career progression and ownership.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- • 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
- • Excellent project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- • Strong analytical and communication skills, including fluency in German and English, with confidence presenting to native-speaking clients.
- • Experience with ERP environments or AI-driven SaaS solutions is a plus; hands-on knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows is a strong advantage.
