  • • Partner with the Director and senior leaders to support the development and execution of organizational strategy, including vision, mission, annual plans, OKRs, and long-range priorities.
  • • Translate high-level strategic goals into clear initiatives, workplans, and artifacts that enable cross-functional execution.
  • • Manage cross-functional dependencies across teams and business units, proactively identifying risks, tradeoffs, and misalignments in strategic initiatives.
  • • Influence leadership to reassess assumptions, clarify priorities, and align work directly with strategic objectives.
  • • Support the design, operation, and continuous evolution of portfolio management processes to ensure strategic alignment and transparency across all initiatives.
  • • Maintain and refine portfolio structures, intake mechanisms, and prioritization frameworks based on evolving business needs.
  • • Analyze portfolio data to surface actionable insights, tradeoffs, and recommendations to inform leadership decision-making.
  • • Own and execute repeatable operating cadences including planning cycles, budget and headcount planning, performance check-ins, and team meetings.
  • • Assess operational maturity across teams and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, consistency, and ways of working.
  • • Develop and compile clear, concise updates on business priorities, progress, and risks to drive cross-team awareness and alignment.
  • • Support the planning and execution of leadership meetings, all-hands sessions, and key cross-team forums.
  • • Partner with leadership to reinforce organizational culture, working norms, and expectations through consistent communication and modeling.
  • • Prepare executive-ready materials for high-visibility forums such as enterprise leadership meetings and board-level discussions.
  • • Draft, review, and refine strategic communications to ensure clarity, quality, and alignment with organizational narratives and branding standards.
  • • Manage timelines, inputs, and feedback cycles with presenters and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of leadership materials.
  • • Define, track, and report on meaningful KPIs and success metrics tied to strategic priorities and initiatives.
  • • Maintain systems and dashboards that provide visibility into work in flight, particularly for cross-functional and strategic efforts.
  • • Analyze performance data to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities, and recommend actions to accelerate progress.
  • • Continuously refine measurement approaches in partnership with leadership to improve accuracy and relevance of insights.
  • • Support the implementation of knowledge management practices that capture learnings, best practices, and strategic insights.
  • • Establish processes and tools to enable documentation, reuse, and institutional learning across teams.
  • • Partner with subject matter experts and leaders to promote standardization and continuous improvement in strategy execution.
  • • Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and mentoring to a small team of direct reports and shared resources.
  • • Lead by example through strong prioritization, communication, and delivery of strategic work.
  • • Support onboarding, skill development, and performance feedback processes in partnership with the Director.
  • • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the strategy enablement function.
  • • Build strong working relationships across analytics, business, and enterprise functions to serve as a connector and problem solver.
  • • Represent the strategy and enablement perspective in cross-functional planning and execution forums.
  • • Resolve conflicts and align stakeholders on shared priorities across teams and departments.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor's degree
  • • 5+ years of consulting, strategy, or corporate experience OR Master’s degree with 2+ years’ experience
  • • Experience supporting strategic planning, portfolio management, or operating cadences in a corporate environment
  • • Proven ability to develop executive-ready communications and materials for senior leadership
  • • Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into strategic insights and recommendations
  • • Demonstrated experience influencing cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders around shared objectives
