📋 Description

• • The Project Support Specialist serves as a member of the project team providing cross-functional support with the goal of contributing toward efficient management of the studies to which they are assigned.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing meeting lifecycles (scheduling, preparing agendas, taking and circulating minutes), maintaining project timelines in MS Project, managing study-specific training lifecycles, establishing SharePoint sites, managing user access to study systems, ordering study supplies, preparing study binder materials, maintaining study trackers, managing team member time tracking and approvals, supporting safety report distribution, managing document translation, supporting vendor management, preparing and distributing study materials, assisting with study plans and reports, collecting KPIs and project health data, and supporting inspection readiness reviews.
• • The role is part of Precision for Medicine, a specialized CRO that integrates clinical trial execution with deep scientific knowledge, laboratory expertise, and advanced data sciences, with a strong focus on Oncology and Rare Disease to improve the speed, cost, and success rate of bringing life-changing therapies to patients.
• • The person can learn and achieve proficiency in clinical trial project support, gain experience in cross-functional collaboration within life sciences, develop expertise in regulatory documentation and training management, and build skills in vendor coordination, data tracking, and study material logistics—all contributing to the advancement of groundbreaking cancer therapies.
