  • • As a Revenue Operations Manager, Expansion and Retention at Fleetio, you will serve as the operational backbone of the post-sales organization, directly impacting how the company retains and expands revenue across the customer lifecycle.
  • • You will own reporting and dashboards for ARR performance, analyze churn and expansion trends, refine renewal and expansion forecasting, facilitate business reviews with Customer Success and Account Management leaders, design scalable post-sales processes, and partner with GTM Systems to optimize Salesforce, Gainsight, and other tools.
  • • You will work closely with Customer Success, Account Management, Finance, and GTM Systems leaders, collaborating with the CRO and VP of Customer Experience to ensure customer health, renewals, and expansion are driven by data and operational discipline.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in SaaS revenue operations, strengthen your analytical and strategic influence, and drive measurable improvements in NRR, GRR, and customer retention through process innovation and cross-functional leadership.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, Account Management Operations, or Business Operations within a B2B SaaS environment
  • • Experience building reporting, analyzing trends, and managing workflows in Salesforce and/or Gainsight; SQL or advanced analytics experience is a plus
  • • Familiarity with customer health metrics, retention drivers, and leading indicators for churn and expansion
  • • A track record in cross-functional collaboration, driving strategic projects from ideation to process adoption
  • • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present forecasts, insights, and narratives to senior leaders
  • • A track record in structuring problems (e.g., funnel conversion declines, pipeline issues), deriving insights from data, and recommending revenue opportunities
