- • As an Operations Associate at Solace Corporation, you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s mission to simplify healthcare navigation for patients by executing high-impact operational tasks with precision and urgency. This role is central to turning strategic initiatives into tangible outcomes, directly contributing to Solace’s goal of improving patient advocacy and health outcomes through expert support and innovative tools.
- • Day to day, you will analyze task requirements, develop high-quality plans, and execute them independently or within small cross-functional teams. You will take full ownership of deliverables, contribute to product quality testing, rapidly generate and evaluate multiple solutions, and uphold Solace’s operational standards. Your work will involve close collaboration with engineering, product, and business teams to solve complex problems and bring ideas to life.
- • Solace is a Series C healthcare technology startup founded in 2022, backed by top-tier venture capital firms including Inspired Capital, Craft Ventures, and IVP. The U.S.-based team is lean, mission-driven, and operates with high intensity and urgency to redefine a broken healthcare system. You will report directly to the Head of Operations and gain visibility with the Chief Executive Officer, placing you at the heart of operational execution and strategic decision-making.
- • In this role, you will sharpen your operational excellence, develop advanced planning and execution skills in a fast-paced startup environment, and gain deep exposure to healthcare advocacy and product development. You will learn to thrive under pressure, refine your communication with executive stakeholders, and become a guardian of Solace’s operational standards—building a foundation for leadership in high-growth, mission-driven organizations.
