- • The Director, SAT Suite Community Strategy and Implementation leads the national strategy, operating model, and outcomes for district engagement and implementation across the SAT Suite of Assessments (SAT, PSAT/NMSQT, PSAT 10, PSAT 8/9), ensuring district-facing systems drive measurable improvements in adoption, implementation quality, and expansion of usage.
- • The role owns district engagement strategy and outcomes (25%), drives scalable onboarding and implementation impact (20%), leads community strategy to accelerate adoption and expansion (20%), owns consultant strategy and impact (15%), defines tiered support model and service strategy (10%), and leads lifecycle integration and cross-functional execution (10%), with accountability for district activation, retention, and expansion.
- • As part of the K-12 SAT Suite Program Management & Partner Success team, the Director partners closely with the Partner Success team, College Readiness Assessments (CRA), State and District Partnerships, Product, and Operations field teams to align strategy, drive execution, and deliver measurable impact across the district lifecycle.
- • The Director will define and lead a scalable engagement model spanning onboarding, lifecycle management, and community strategy, with clear accountability for district activation, retention, and expansion opportunities, while influencing product, go-to-market, and program decisions based on district insights and performance data.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in K–12 education strategy, district partnerships, implementation, or program management
- • Demonstrated success building scalable operating models and implementation systems
- • Strong understanding of district procurement, onboarding, and lifecycle management processes
- • Experience designing tiered support frameworks or differentiated service models
- • Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (e.g., M.Ed., MPP, MBA) preferred
