- • As a Principal Program Manager at Cadence Design Systems, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex services engagements and technology initiatives for internal and external customers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- • You will work closely with account teams to scope projects, create Statements of Work (SOW), and develop cost plans in collaboration with technical leads, finance, and legal teams, serving as the primary point of contact for customers to communicate status, risks, issues, and solutions.
- • You will drive project execution from initiation through delivery, managing schedules, resources, and priorities while fostering collaboration, trust, and accountability across matrix teams, and contributing to process improvements and best practices in service delivery.
- • This role offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise in semiconductor services project management, strengthen leadership and stakeholder management skills, and make a tangible impact on customer success and Cadence’s technology leadership in the EDA industry.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering
- • 6+ years of semiconductor design or relevant project management experience
- • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with strong communication, presentation, assessment, and analytical skills
