Process Optimization Specialist

📋 Description

• • As a Process Optimization Specialist at New Relic, you will serve as the architect of efficiency, directly impacting how quickly the company turns opportunities into revenue by redesigning the Opportunity to Quote (O2Q) lifecycle. Reporting to the Senior Director of Deal Management and Operations, you’ll have the autonomy to eliminate bottlenecks and drive scalable, data-informed improvements across global sales operations.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting deep-dive analyses of the end-to-end O2Q process to identify and remove non-value-added steps, leading the implementation and optimization of Salesforce RevCloud, proposing system enhancements to increase sales velocity, documenting gold-standard processes and SOPs for global consistency, partnering with Sales Enablement to create engaging playbooks and training modules, and defining and tracking key metrics such as cycle time and sales velocity to measure and communicate impact.
