📋 Description

• • The Manager, Delivery Services oversees the execution and completion of technology solutions projects in the professional services arena, managing people who lead projects supporting the company-client relationship and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• • Day to day, you will provide budget analysis, labor planning, and coordination of activities between client and company personnel; monitor project completion from initiation through delivery to meet revenue and cost projections; oversee installation and client acceptance of capitalized equipment, enterprise software systems, or system integration projects; and utilize management skills more than technical skills.
• • Availity delivers revenue cycle and related business solutions for healthcare professionals, connecting over 2 million providers to health plans and processing over 12 billion transactions annually; the company is a certified 'Great Place to Work' with headquarters in Jacksonville, FL, an office in Bangalore, India, and a remote workforce across the United States.
