đź“‹ Description
- • As a Working Student RevOps at remberg, you will support the development and maintenance of systems and tools powering the go-to-market (GTM) motion, working hands-on across CRM, automation stack, and AI-based tooling to turn data and logic into solutions that keep the revenue engine running.
- • You will diagnose business problems through data by monitoring outputs across CRM, marketing, and customer success systems, identifying anomalies, tracing root causes to process failures, and building fixes that eliminate friction across the GTM stack.
- • You will shape cross-functional decisions by translating ambiguous operational needs from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success into structured system logic and implementing it, with direct influence on strategic choices.
- • You will contribute to reporting that drives strategy by building dashboards and visualizations used by leadership to steer the company, while evaluating emerging tools and AI developments to recommend actionable improvements.
- • You will grow by applying strong analytical skills in SQL, spreadsheets, or scripting, communicating findings to non-technical stakeholders, demonstrating attention to detail, and thriving in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where you take ownership of getting things right.
- • The role is office-based (hybrid) in Munich, requiring 16–20 hours per week, and is designed for students enrolled in a degree program who want to ship real impact within their first month.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong analytical foundation: SQL, spreadsheets, or scripting — you turn messy data into clear answers
- • Logical, structured thinker who can document findings and communicate them to non-technical stakeholders
- • Attention to detail: You catch what others miss and take ownership of getting things right, even under changing priorities
- • Adaptability: You thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and no two weeks look the same
- • Fluency in English (C1) required; German is a plus
- • Enrolled in a degree program, available 16–20h/week

- • Prime office location & culture: Office in the heart of Munich near the main train station, with 3 days/week in the office
- • Work-from-anywhere flexibility: You can work remotely for up to 3 months per year
- • Attractive Compensation & Benefits: In addition to a competitive salary, you’ll enjoy different company benefits and 30 vacation days (based on full-time work)
- • Continuous learning: Get a €1,500 development budget plus 1 day of educational leave per year
