- • The Client Value Partner (CVP) role is a strategic position within Celonis’ Value Engineering team, responsible for driving data-driven business transformation with the company’s most important customers by acting as a trusted advisor and accountable lead for customer success.
- • Day to day, the CVP develops and maintains C-level relationships, ensures proper staffing of engagements using global cross-functional teams, mentors customers on building Centers of Excellence, coaches internal team members, drives end-to-end customer value journeys, resolves escalations, aligns Celonis delivery with customer strategy, and leads customer advisory boards to influence product innovation and advocacy.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in customer success, strategy consulting, or related fields such as production or manufacturing
- • Proven track record in driving large-scale transformation programs, process re-engineering, and implementations
- • Strong ability to navigate large global organizations, persuade senior executives with data and facts, and collaborate effectively with internal subject matter experts and practice leads
