📋 Description

• Coach clients looking to break into or grow within climate and sustainability roles, teaching core climate consulting skills, corporate sustainability, and sustainable supply chain & operations.
• Help clients navigate climate policy & regulations and funding & grants for climate-focused work.
• Support clients on the career side, offering resume review, LinkedIn review, and cover letter guidance, along with behavioral and technical interview prep tailored to climate tech and sustainability roles.
• Provide additional support including networking strategy and salary negotiation.
• Set own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.
• Work in a collaborative, high-energy environment where your contributions have a direct impact.
• Operate in a fast-paced, AI-native environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in climate tech, sustainability, or climate policy (as a consultant, sustainability lead, or industry professional).
• Strong understanding of the climate and sustainability landscape.
• Clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical and career growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage own schedule.
