- • As a Clinical Applications Specialist for GE HealthCare's Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) business, you will be instrumental in cultivating and expanding the US knowledge base concerning product, clinical, and software expertise within the rapidly growing care areas of our PDx division.
- • Your primary focus will be on the Nuclear Medicine and PET modalities, specifically supporting GE Healthcare’s radiopharmaceutical portfolio which encompasses Neurology, Cardiology, and Oncology.
- • A key aspect of your role will involve developing and delivering comprehensive training programs, both on-site and virtually, to our customers. This includes meticulous pre-training coordination, providing critical support during patient go-live phases, and offering ongoing post-go-live assistance throughout the product lifecycle.
- • You will be responsible for managing your schedule effectively to ensure timely delivery of these essential training events, coordinating closely with the company's scheduling processes.
- • Building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with customers is paramount. You will serve as the primary point of contact, interacting directly with a diverse range of stakeholders including physicians, nurses, technologists, scheduling staff, and business office personnel, acting as the crucial interface between the customer and GE HealthCare.
- • You will play a supportive role in pre-sale activities by collaborating closely with Field Sales teams. This may involve conducting image reviews, demonstrating the DaTQUANT quantification software, and providing technical product support to prospective clients.
- • A significant part of your role will involve representing GE HealthCare at industry events. You will present on GEHC MI products at conferences, speaking engagements, and customer events, contributing to the clinical education of our offerings and potentially presenting Continuing Education (CE) credits to technologists and Reader Training to imagers.
- • You are expected to be a conduit for market intelligence, effectively communicating all relevant product offering insights, including customer concerns, emerging opportunities, and competitive information, to appropriate internal teams such as Management, Supply Chain, Field Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical Affairs.
- • You will be encouraged to participate in company work streams focused on enhancing clinical and business processes, leveraging your on-the-ground experience.
- • While operating within a defined framework, you will possess a degree of autonomy in decision-making, utilizing your technical knowledge and sound judgment to resolve issues within established procedures. For challenges extending beyond these parameters, you will consult with more senior team members.
- • You will ensure the prompt communication of customer inquiries to the Medical Science liaison team.
- • Collaboration with CMO (Contract Manufacturing Organization) partners will be necessary to support customer needs and drive market growth.
- • Maintaining a culture of compliance and ethical conduct is non-negotiable, promoting GEHC products and adhering to the highest ethical standards in all interactions.
- • You will also be tasked with undertaking additional projects and initiatives as required, contributing to the broader goals of the PDx business and GE HealthCare.
- • This role demands a deep understanding of key business drivers and how your team's work integrates with other departments to achieve overarching objectives.
