• • As a Clinical Associate at Heidi Health, you will work at the intersection of GTM strategy and clinical operations, helping shape how clinicians experience the AI Care Partner platform while informing product and go-to-market decisions.
• • Day to day, you will provide peer-to-peer onboarding support to new clinician users, collect and synthesize user insights for product and marketing teams, offer clinical expertise to validate claims and strengthen commercial materials, contribute to clinical product development and validation, support research and pilot programs, and participate in internal strategy discussions.
