- • The Clinical Associate is an integral part of Devoted Medical, Devoted Health’s interdisciplinary virtual and home-based medical practice, delivering comprehensive wellness visits, transitions of care, longitudinal care for complex members, and on-demand urgent care to improve health outcomes and care experience.
- • Day to day, the Clinical Associate prepares members for telehealth visits, coordinates care by managing DME, home health, lab, and imaging orders, communicates results, supports care gap closure, and acts as a liaison between members and clinical teams under licensed supervision.
- • Devoted Health is a mission-driven organization focused on treating members like family, combining health insurance, clinical care, service, and technology to deliver integrated healthcare for older Americans across the U.S., with a commitment to diversity, equity, and compassionate care.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in care coordination, patient advocacy, and virtual healthcare operations while making a tangible impact on member health adherence and experience in a fast-growing, purpose-led organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • MA Certification (required; expired certifications accepted with verification)
- • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- • Two (2) years of patient-facing experience, with telehealth experience a bonus
