📋 Description

• • As a Clinical Consultant at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, you will serve as a strategic driver of clinical quality improvement, translating enterprise priorities into actionable initiatives that enhance member care, HEDIS performance, and overall quality outcomes.
• • Day to day, you will partner with clinical, operational, and external stakeholders to assess performance, identify improvement opportunities, design and implement interventions, and sustain measurable progress through evidence-based research, workgroup coordination, and project management.
