- • The Clinical Director of Training & Quality is a senior leadership role responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving education, quality, and accreditation programs that support Vynca’s value-based, home-based palliative care model.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and delivering palliative care training curricula, leading quality assurance and improvement initiatives, managing accreditation processes, maintaining an active clinical caseload as an Advanced Practice Provider, and collaborating with clinical operations, medical leadership, and compliance teams to ensure high-quality, consistent patient care.

- • In this role, you will lead organizational quality and training strategy, mentor a team of trainers and quality specialists, influence strategic planning as a senior leader, and remain clinically grounded through direct patient care—ensuring your initiatives are informed by real-world experience and directly improve patient and family outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Active, unrestricted licensure as an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Clinical Nurse Specialist, or equivalent)
- • 8–10 years of progressive healthcare experience, with at least 4 years in palliative care, hospice, or home health settings
- • Demonstrated leadership experience in clinical education, training program development, and quality improvement
- • Hands-on experience with regulatory compliance and at least one full accreditation cycle
- • Proficiency with QI methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA) and data analysis tools
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex clinical and regulatory concepts for diverse audiences
