- • The Clinical Payments Specialist is a full-time remote position responsible for end-to-end management of global investigator payments for assigned studies at Worldwide Clinical Trials, a global CRO dedicated to improving lives through innovative clinical research.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting information from teams and systems, understanding contract terms and budgets to ensure accurate payments, performing payment reconciliations, analyzing budgeted versus actual spend, developing budgetary forecasts, preparing monthly payment reports, acting as a liaison between investigative sites and internal teams, participating in audits and meetings, researching payment discrepancies, and providing high-level customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- • Worldwide Clinical Trials is a global, midsize CRO with over 3,500+ experts committed to pioneering approaches in clinical trial execution, fostering a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative environment where employees are empowered to succeed and innovate in the pursuit of better patient outcomes.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in global clinical trial finance, regulatory compliance (ICH/GCP/FDA/EU), financial reporting, and cross-functional collaboration, gaining valuable experience in revenue cycle management and project finance within the pharmaceutical and CRO industries.
🎯 Requirements
- • At least two years of experience with a CRO or pharmaceutical company in a relevant role involving qualitative data entry, data validation in finance, project management, or contracts
- • Four-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (two-year college plus one+ years in office administration or similar)
- • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Turkish strongly preferred
- • Knowledge of ICH, GCP, FDA, or EU directives and local regulatory requirements as applicable
