- • As a Clinical Practice Support Expert, you will serve as the localized clinical authority driving adoption and excellence in Dandy’s new market launch, blending high-impact training with expert clinical support to ensure dental practices confidently adopt digital workflows.
- • Day to day, you will deliver localized onboarding (virtual and in-practice), coach clinicians on scanning and digital workflows, troubleshoot complex clinical and technical issues, and act as the senior escalation point for case quality via chat, phone, video, and email.
- • You will join Dandy Technology, Inc., a venture-backed company transforming the $200B dental industry by building the operating system for dental offices worldwide, empowering clinicians with technology and innovation to improve patient outcomes.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in digital dentistry workflows, influence product and localization efforts through market-specific insights, and grow as a trusted clinical advisor shaping customer success and long-term digital adoption in Germany.
