📋 Description

  • The Clinical Project Manager II – Oncology/NSCLC role is critical to advancing oncology research and delivering impactful clinical trials that improve patient outcomes, supporting Syneos Health’s mission to accelerate life sciences innovation.
  • Day to day, the role involves supporting Study Leads and cross-functional teams in clinical trial operations, including coordinating CTT meetings, managing clinical supplies and lab specimen tracking, reconciling imaging data, reporting study status, and contributing to study closeout activities across single or multiple oncology studies.
  • The role sits within Syneos Health’s Clinical Solutions team, a global leader in integrated life sciences services partnering with biopharma innovators across drug development and commercialization, operating with a drug development mindset and a commitment to inclusion, growth, and patient impact.
  • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in oncology clinical trial management, gain hands-on experience with NSCLC-focused studies, strengthen vendor and stakeholder collaboration skills, and grow your ability to lead limited-scope studies while contributing to end-to-end study delivery excellence in a remote, US-based environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical and/or clinical drug development experience within the last 5 years
  • Clinical Project Management experience in Oncology is required
  • Vendor management experience is required
  • Strong working knowledge of clinical trial operations and execution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Good understanding of GCP and clinical research processes
