📋 Description

• Recruit clinical talent including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other licensed healthcare professionals to support Curai Health’s virtual primary care clinic.
• Partner with clinical leadership to understand staffing needs, role specifications, and team expansion goals for AI-enhanced healthcare delivery.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through multiple channels including job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach to clinical professionals.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer extension, ensuring a timely and positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews, collect feedback, and facilitate decision-making for clinical roles.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system for all clinical candidates and hiring activities.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract high-quality clinical talent in a competitive healthcare market, with emphasis on remote and telehealth experience.
• Build and nurture relationships with medical schools, professional associations, and clinical training programs to create a sustainable pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with healthcare industry regulations, including HIPAA and licensure verification requirements.
• Collaborate with HR and compliance teams to align clinical hiring practices with company policies and federal/state employment laws.
• Prepare and distribute job descriptions tailored to clinical roles, highlighting Curai Health’s mission, technology-driven care model, and remote work structure.
• Track recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and candidate satisfaction to continuously improve hiring efficiency.
• Represent Curai Health at virtual career fairs, clinical conferences, and industry events to promote employment opportunities in digital health.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment pipeline status, challenges, and talent market trends affecting clinical hiring.
• Support onboarding coordination for new clinical hires by working with HR and operations teams to ensure smooth transition into the virtual care environment.
• Stay informed about evolving trends in telehealth, AI in healthcare, and remote clinical practice to better communicate the value proposition to candidates.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive candidate and clinical data throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Proven experience recruiting for clinical roles in healthcare or telehealth settings
• Familiarity with healthcare licensure, credentialing, and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA)
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms
• Strong understanding of remote work dynamics and virtual team structures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage clinical professionals
