Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Join Precision for Medicine, a leading Contract Research Organization (CRO) that is redefining the landscape of clinical trial execution. We are not your typical CRO; we integrate cutting-edge technologies, deep scientific expertise, and operational scale to accelerate the development of life-changing therapies for patients, with a specialized focus on Oncology and Rare Diseases.
- • As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) I/II, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful progression of clinical studies at investigative sites. Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously monitor and manage study progress, ensuring adherence to protocols, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ICH-GCP guidelines, and all applicable regulatory standards.
- • This remote-based position, ideally located in or around Paris, France, offers a unique opportunity to become an expert in your assigned protocols. We pride ourselves on fostering an environment where CRAs have a lower than average number of protocols, allowing for deeper engagement and mastery.
- • You will be instrumental in coordinating all essential activities required for study setup and ongoing monitoring. This includes identifying and engaging potential investigators, assisting in the preparation of regulatory submissions, and conducting crucial pre-study and initiation visits to ensure sites are fully prepared and compliant.
- • Your role will involve proactive risk identification and mitigation. You will be expected to anticipate potential study risks and develop creative, effective solutions to address them, ensuring the integrity and success of the trial.
- • We value a proactive and prepared mindset. Whether attending investigator meetings, conducting site visits, or providing project team updates, you will be expected to stay ahead of the curve, demonstrating meticulous planning and foresight.
- • Your ability to remain calm, thoughtful, and responsive when faced with unexpected challenges will be key. We seek individuals who can navigate difficulties with grace and find quick, creative solutions to overcome obstacles.
- • An impeccable eye for detail is paramount in this role, ensuring the accuracy and quality of all data and documentation.
- • You will take ownership of the quality and outcomes of your work, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to achieving study objectives.
- • Handling conflict effectively through tried and true resolution strategies is an important aspect of collaborating with investigative sites and internal teams.
- • We are committed to cultivating a positive and supportive work culture, evidenced by exceptionally high CRA retention rates compared to industry averages. You will be part of a team where your voice is heard, and your contributions are valued, offering a level of influence and impact often found in smaller, more agile organizations.
- • This role offers a favorable work-life balance, with reasonable travel expectations that allow you to excel in your role without compromising your personal well-being. While domestic travel within France, including overnight stays, is expected (approximately 50-60% commitment), international travel may be required for more senior positions.
- • You will be a key player in ensuring the quality and integrity of clinical research data, contributing directly to the advancement of medical science and the delivery of innovative therapies to patients.
- • Embrace the opportunity to grow your career within a dynamic and scientifically driven organization that is passionate about making a difference in global health.
