- • As a Clinical Senior Marketing Manager at Precision Medicine Group, you will drive strategic marketing initiatives for the Autoimmune therapeutic area and core CRO portfolio, translating global strategy into high-impact execution to support business growth and market awareness.
- • Day to day, you will lead service marketing and content development, create messaging frameworks using FAB analysis, develop omnichannel content strategies, design sales enablement tools, identify client profiles, execute digital marketing campaigns, monitor ROI, collaborate on thought leadership content, manage yearly conference planning, mentor junior staff, and deliver monthly performance reports with strategic insights.
- • You will join a global leader in precision medicine clinical research services with over 3,500 professionals worldwide, dedicated to improving therapeutic development through integrated clinical operations, laboratory expertise, and data sciences, with embedded experience in oncology and rare disease.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in therapeutic area marketing, lead cross-functional projects, influence senior leadership on marketing strategy, refine your analytical and stakeholder engagement skills, and contribute to talent development while driving measurable impact on lead generation and sales enablement.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and minimum 12 years of relevant work experience in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, biotech, or healthcare sectors; advanced degree plus 4 years of experience a plus.
- • 6–8 years of experience in a marketing role with proven success in independently leading customer-facing initiatives, including therapeutic area marketing and FSP services.
- • Proven success in developing webinars and live events, including speaker coordination and promotional strategy.
- • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
- • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including scheduling, budgeting, and status reporting.
- • Strong leadership and organizational skills with a track record of effective stakeholder engagement and mentoring junior team members.
