- • As a Clinical Senior Marketing Manager at Precision Medicine Group, you will drive strategic marketing initiatives for the expanding Autoimmune therapeutic area business and core CRO portfolio, translating global strategy into high-impact execution to support life-changing therapeutic development.
- • You will lead service marketing and content development by creating messaging frameworks, developing omnichannel content strategies, building sales enablement tools, and identifying client profiles in collaboration with lead generation and inside sales teams.
- • You will develop and execute digital marketing strategies across blogs, website, SEM, SEO, AI search, and social media, ensuring consistent messaging and monitoring ROI to prioritize high-impact activities.
- • You will collaborate with medical, scientific, and commercial teams to develop thought leadership content such as white papers and videos, and foster holistic storytelling across Precision businesses.
- • You will lead cross-functional planning and execution of yearly conference strategies, including budgeting and messaging, and attend select events in person to elevate market awareness.
- • You will provide expertise and guidance to team members, lead complex projects, contribute to departmental strategies, mentor junior staff, and serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on marketing initiatives and business impact.
- • You will deliver monthly reporting on marketing activities, conferences, podcasts, and webinars, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on performance metrics and market trends.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and minimum 12 years of relevant work experience in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, biotech, or healthcare sectors; advanced degree plus minimum 4 years of relevant experience a plus.
- • 6–8 years of experience in a marketing role with a proven track record of independently leading projects, including customer-facing initiatives.
- • Demonstrated experience in therapeutic area marketing and FSP services, with specific experience in Autoimmune and familiarity with broader clinical CRO services as a strong plus.
- • Proven success in developing webinars and live events, including speaker coordination and promotional strategy.
- • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
- • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including scheduling, budgeting, and status reporting.
