  • • The Clinical Senior Marketing Manager will drive strategic marketing initiatives for PFM Asset Management’s expanding Autoimmune therapeutic area business and core CRO portfolio, translating global strategy into high-impact execution to support sales and operational goals.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading strategic marketing planning for Autoimmune and FSP services, developing FAB-based messaging frameworks, creating omnichannel content strategies, designing sales enablement tools, identifying client profiles with lead generation teams, executing digital marketing campaigns across blogs, website, SEM, SEO, AI search, and social media, monitoring digital ROI, collaborating with medical/scientific and commercial teams on thought leadership content (white papers, videos), managing yearly conference strategy and budgeting, attending select in-person events, mentoring junior staff, providing strategic advice to senior leadership, and delivering monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

  • • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in therapeutic area marketing within life sciences and biotech, refine leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, master data-driven decision-making and ROI-focused campaign optimization, gain experience in event management and thought leadership execution, and contribute to departmental strategy while mentoring others and influencing senior leadership on marketing impact.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and minimum 12 years of relevant work experience in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, biotech, or healthcare sectors; advanced degree plus 4 years of experience is a plus.
  • • 6–8 years of experience in a marketing role with proven ability to independently lead projects, including customer-facing initiatives, and demonstrated experience in therapeutic area marketing and FSP services, with specific Autoimmune and clinical CRO experience being a strong plus.
  • • Proven success in developing webinars and live events, including speaker coordination and promotional strategy.
  • • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, including scheduling, budgeting, and status reporting.
  • • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a track record of effective stakeholder engagement and ability to mentor junior team members.
