📋 Description

• Deliver onsite clinical education and training for Image Guided Therapy (IGT) solutions to Philips customers in hospitals and clinics across the Central Zone, including Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.
• Provide basic through intermediate application training on Philips clinical technologies, guiding customers in testing workarounds, clinical integration, and new functionality of solutions.
• Ensure site readiness by collaborating with local sales, service, and customer project management teams to align training delivery with customer needs and project timelines.
• Lead and own the learning experience through direct customer consultation and internal stakeholder collaboration, ensuring a high-quality, engaging, and customer-centric training experience.
• Communicate project status, issues, and delays effectively to internal teams while fostering communication and collaboration among the learning audience.
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of relevant IGT solutions by modality and achieve advanced proficiency in areas of specialization.
• Address and resolve complex, diverse problems using sound judgment to identify appropriate methods and techniques for effective solutions.
• Travel approximately 75% of the time across the Central Zone, with daily driving times of 1–6 hours; overnight stays and travel by air, train, or bus are required; occasional national travel may be necessary.
• Work in both remote/home office settings and clinical environments, adhering to all hospital and healthcare facility requirements.
• Maintain flexibility in work hours to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends as required.
• Safely work with radiation sources and/or radioactive materials while wearing all required personal protective equipment.
• Comply with vendor credentialing processes when accessing customer healthcare facilities.
• Serve as a clinical expert and trusted advisor to customers, bridging technology capabilities with real-world clinical workflows to enhance patient care outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a cardiovascular or interventional radiology Registered Radiologic Technologist in a clinical environment
• Current/active certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and advanced certification in CV, CI, VI, or RCIS (or must obtain within 12 months of hire)
• Certificate or associate degree; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) preferred
• Ability to travel up to 75% within the Central Zone with daily 1–6 hour drives and overnight stays
• Must reside in Mississippi or Louisiana, or within commuting distance, and near a major (non-regional) airport
