This is a critical role where you will serve as the primary point of contact, delivering expert-level training, expertly navigating support channels, and driving workflow optimization to integrate our AI solutions effectively into their existing clinical environments.

Through proactive engagement and a deep understanding of our platform's capabilities, you will identify opportunities for enhancement and expansion, ensuring our clients achieve their desired clinical and operational goals. You will work closely with our sales and account management teams, providing them with crucial insights gained from your customer interactions. This collaborative effort will be essential in identifying opportunities for renewals, upselling, and expanding our footprint within existing accounts, directly contributing to the company's revenue growth and market leadership.
  • • You will act as a trusted advisor, building strong, long-lasting partnerships with key stakeholders within our client hospitals, including clinicians, IT professionals, and administrators. Your ability to translate complex technical features into tangible clinical benefits will be paramount in ensuring customer satisfaction and advocacy.

  • • This position requires you to be based in or willing to relocate to Kentucky (KY), Ohio (OH), North Carolina (NC), South Carolina (SC), Tennessee (TN), Virginia (VA), or West Virginia (WV), allowing you to be geographically close to the hospitals you will be supporting and fostering stronger regional relationships.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the healthcare technology or medical device industry, with a strong emphasis on customer success, implementation, or clinical support.
  • • Deep understanding of clinical workflows, particularly in areas relevant to medical imaging, AI in healthcare, or specific disease states supported by RapidAI (e.g., stroke, cardiovascular).
  • • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and influence diverse clinical and administrative audiences.
  • • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of proactively identifying customer needs and developing data-driven solutions.
  • • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Clinical Science, Information Technology) or equivalent practical experience.
