📋 Description

• As a Clinical Success Director at Abridge AI, you will lead the effort to ensure clinicians successfully adopt and derive maximum value from the company’s generative AI platform designed to reduce documentation burden and improve patient-clinician interactions. This role is pivotal in translating clinical expertise into product adoption, ensuring that AI-powered tools are not only technically sound but also seamlessly integrated into real-world clinical workflows.
• You will provide clinician enablement by designing and delivering tailored education and training programs for new users, creating accessible training collateral, and cultivating relationships with external clinical champions and advisors who advocate for the platform within their institutions. Your work will directly support onboarding, ongoing engagement, and sustained usage across diverse healthcare settings.
• You will surface critical product feedback by leveraging your deep clinical expertise to evaluate current documentation practices and collaborate with product, design, and machine learning teams to shape a clinically relevant product roadmap that addresses real pain points in EMR workflows and documentation efficiency.
• You will develop and monitor key utilization and clinical success metrics—such as adoption rates, time saved per note, clinician satisfaction scores, and EMR integration effectiveness—to quantify impact, demonstrate ROI to stakeholders, and guide iterative improvements.
• You will evangelize the platform’s capabilities to prospective and existing customers by crafting compelling sales collateral, conducting live product demonstrations, presenting at clinical conferences, and partnering with sales teams to articulate how Abridge improves clinician experience and patient care.
• You will join a mission-driven team of practicing physicians, AI scientists, engineers, and healthcare innovators who are collectively redefining how AI can support—not replace—clinical judgment, with a shared commitment to ethical, auditable, and patient-centered AI deployment in health systems.
• In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence the future of clinical documentation at scale, shaping how generative AI is responsibly adopted across health systems while advancing your expertise in healthcare innovation, product strategy, and change management within a high-growth startup environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of direct clinical experience as a licensed MD, DO, PA, or NP
• Proven experience with Epic EHR systems and deep familiarity with clinical documentation workflows
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch in fast-paced, startup or healthcare innovation environments
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to engage stakeholders at all levels, from frontline clinicians to C-suite executives
• Passion for solving healthcare problems and creating opportunities that reduce clinician burnout and improve patient care
