• • The Vice President, Patient Journey Innovation will build and lead a team responsible for the overall patient engagement journey, digital experience design, and therapeutic content strategy and execution across Equip’s platform - ensuring every touchpoint motivates, supports, and retains patients in care. This is a uniquely cross-functional leadership role, sitting at the intersection of content, UX, behavioral science, and clinical outcomes.
• • Define and drive a comprehensive patient engagement strategy and framework rooted in evidence-based behavior change models, including motivation theory, self-determination theory, habit formation, and relapse prevention principles. Leverage AI-driven personalization and predictive modeling to identify at-risk patients early and trigger timely, behaviorally informed interventions before drop-off occurs. Lead the vision and execution of patient-facing product experiences, ensuring Equip’s platform is intuitive, accessible, and clinically aligned for individuals in recovery. Apply behavioral design principles to build experiences that support sustained engagement without creating undue cognitive load or friction. Build a content program that educates, motivates, and supports patients and families throughout treatment, including in-app messaging, psychoeducational resources, and milestone communications. Ground all content in health literacy principles and behavioral communication frameworks, and use AI tooling to scale production and personalize messaging by patient segment without sacrificing clinical accuracy.
