📋 Description

• • The Clinical Support Lab Expert, Fixed (ITA) role is critical to Dandy’s mission of transforming the dental industry by driving clinical adoption and customer excellence in Italy as part of a new market launch team.
• • Day to day, the role involves delivering live onboarding and coaching for dental practices using digital workflows, serving as the senior clinical escalation point for complex cases, troubleshooting scanning and technical issues, localizing training content, managing travel and scheduling independently, and acting as a liaison between clinicians and the lab to ensure accurate case outcomes.
• • Dandy is a venture-backed innovator building the operating system for dental offices worldwide, empowering clinicians with technology and support to modernize dental practices, with a focus on simplicity, innovation, and world-class customer experience.
• • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in digital dentistry, influence product and process improvements through field insights, gain autonomy in managing client relationships and logistics, and contribute to shaping Dandy’s clinical standards and training frameworks in the Italian market.
