📋 Description

• • The Clinical Support Specialist role at MediTelecare LLC provides essential onsite clinical facilitation and remote administrative support to ensure seamless behavioral health visits for patients in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.
• • Day to day, the CSS assists patients with behavioral health education, prepares rooms and equipment for telehealth visits, accesses patient vitals and referral documents from EMR systems, acts as a liaison between clinicians and facility staff, completes Behavioral Health Integration cases by entering data from medical records into company systems, and supports clinicians by recording relevant data into EHR systems prior to visits.
