📋 Description

  • The Clinical Support Specialist role at MediTelecare LLC provides essential onsite clinical facilitation and remote administrative support to ensure seamless behavioral health visits for patients in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.
  • Day to day, the CSS assists patients with behavioral health education, prepares rooms and equipment for telehealth visits, accesses patient vitals and referral documents from EMR systems, acts as a liaison between clinicians and facility staff, completes Behavioral Health Integration cases by entering data from medical records into company systems, and supports clinicians by recording relevant data into EHR systems prior to visits.
  • MediTelecare LLC, operating as MTC Care, is an industry leader in delivering behavioral health services to aging residents in long-term care settings, with a focus on tailored interventions, interdisciplinary collaboration, regulatory compliance, and fostering mental well-being through a supportive clinical team of psychiatry and psychology providers.
  • In this role, the individual will develop hands-on clinical coordination skills, gain experience with EMR/EHR systems and telehealth technology, deepen knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA compliance, and grow in a mission-driven environment focused on compassionate, platinum-level patient care and professional growth within the behavioral health sector.
