📋 Description

• The Payroll Services Supervisor will lead a team of payroll employees responsible for processing, settlement, and fulfillment of payroll, as well as handling customer inquiries via the OneSource ticketing system for multiple companies in an outsourcing environment. This role is critical to ensuring accurate, timely payroll delivery and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and advocacy.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project activities, serving as the primary client contact, leading daily team operations to meet deadlines and quality standards, training and mentoring team members, tracking performance metrics, supervising escalated issues, conducting performance appraisals, developing individual development plans, administering corrective actions, overseeing workforce scheduling and succession planning, and collaborating with peers to establish best practices across business units.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of Payroll / Tax experience
• At least 3 years of people leadership experience
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
• High School diploma
