- • We are seeking a highly versatile and hands-on Technical Recruiter who possesses a demonstrable history of assembling exceptional teams within a high-growth, dynamic environment. In this critical role, you will be entrusted with the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse range of key positions spanning engineering, strategy, research, and other vital functions. The ideal candidate is someone who not only thrives in a fast-paced setting but also excels at managing a multitude of priorities simultaneously, all while harboring a profound passion for building outstanding teams.
- • Your contributions will be instrumental in attracting and securing top-tier talent, ensuring Distyl's continued operational efficiency and competitive edge. You will bring a blend of creativity, adaptability, and superior communication skills to the table. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our workforce by identifying and engaging with the brightest minds in AI and technology.
- • **Key Responsibilities:**
- • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for critical technical roles, including but not limited to AI Engineers, AI Researchers, and AI Strategists. This involves everything from initial sourcing and candidate engagement through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- • Proactively source high-caliber talent by employing targeted outreach strategies, leveraging professional networks, cultivating employee referrals, and designing innovative recruitment campaigns. You will also be encouraged to explore and utilize AI-driven sourcing methodologies, such as those offered by tools like ChatGPT or LinkedIn AI extensions, to identify passive candidates.
- • Embrace and integrate AI tools to optimize and streamline various recruiting workflows. This includes using AI for writing compelling outreach messages, efficiently screening candidate applications, and analyzing recruitment data to identify trends and enhance overall performance and effectiveness.
- • Cultivate strong, collaborative partnerships with hiring managers across the organization. This involves working closely with them to deeply understand role requirements, calibrate on interview structures and processes, and collectively define the profiles of ideal candidates.
- • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey. This means maintaining timely and transparent communication, providing clarity on the process and expectations, and offering a high-touch, personalized approach from initial contact to final offer acceptance.
- • Develop and nurture robust talent pipelines for both current and anticipated hiring needs. The focus will be on building a pipeline of high-quality candidates who represent a strong long-term fit for Distyl's culture and strategic objectives.
- • Act as a brand ambassador for Distyl within the competitive AI and technology talent market. This may involve representing the company at relevant industry events, conferences, and meetups, effectively communicating our mission, values, and the exciting opportunities we offer.
- • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment strategies and processes, leveraging data insights and feedback to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- • Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in technical recruiting, particularly those related to AI and its application in talent acquisition.
