  • • Nabla Bio, Inc. is at the forefront of revolutionizing healthcare by developing an AI assistant designed to restore the human connection in medicine. Our mission is to alleviate the burden of administrative tasks for clinicians, allowing them to dedicate more time to patient care. With over 85,000 clinicians across 130+ healthcare organizations already leveraging Nabla, we are experiencing significant growth, fueled by a recent $70M Series C funding round. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Training Specialist to join our passionate team and play a pivotal role in driving the successful adoption of our innovative AI solutions.
  • • As a Clinical Training Specialist, you will be instrumental in shaping how healthcare providers engage with and benefit from Nabla. This role is critical for ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from our platform by mastering its functionalities. You will be the primary clinical educator, responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of comprehensive training programs. Your expertise will translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, workflow-aligned training experiences that empower clinicians from day one.
  • • **Training Curriculum & Program Development:**
  • • You will take ownership of designing, maintaining, and continuously enhancing our clinician training curricula. This includes developing onboarding programs for new customers, creating role-based and specialty-specific training modules, and crafting materials for feature releases and product updates.
  • • Your responsibilities will extend to creating a diverse range of structured training materials. This involves developing engaging live training decks, comprehensive facilitator guides, effective recorded sessions, modular learning content, and robust train-the-trainer resources for our clinical champions.
  • • A key aspect of this role is close collaboration with our Product Marketing and Product Operations teams. You will partner with them to ensure all training content is not only accurate and up-to-date but also perfectly aligned with product release readiness and overall go-to-market strategies.
  • • **Training Delivery & Enablement:**
  • • You will lead dynamic live virtual and onsite training sessions, particularly during customer launch phases, ensuring a smooth and effective transition for providers and their care teams.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve executing train-the-trainer programs. This empowers designated clinical champions within enterprise accounts to become internal advocates and trainers, fostering a sustainable learning environment.
  • • You will also be responsible for delivering ongoing enablement sessions, including refresher trainings and follow-up sessions, to reinforce best practices and ensure continued proficiency with Nabla.
  • • A crucial skill will be your ability to tailor training delivery methods and content to suit various clinical roles, diverse specialties, and different care settings, recognizing the unique needs of each customer.
  • • **Onsite Go-Live Training:**
  • • This role requires a willingness to travel to customer sites during critical launch phases. Your presence will be vital for delivering hands-on clinician training and onboarding sessions.
  • • You will work in close partnership with our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Implementation Managers, ensuring seamless alignment of training schedules and approaches with broader implementation plans.
  • • As the primary clinical educator onsite, your goal will be to ensure that providers leave each training session feeling confident, well-prepared, and ready to integrate Nabla effectively into their daily workflows.
  • • By excelling in this role, you will directly contribute to Nabla's mission of improving clinician well-being and enhancing patient care through cutting-edge AI technology. You will be a key player in our ambitious journey to build the next generation of clinical AI, making a tangible impact on the lives of clinicians and patients.
