📋 Description

• • As a Clinical Trial Manager at Syneos Health, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of clinical trials by overseeing site management, monitoring activities, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, directly contributing to the advancement of life-saving therapies.
• • Day to day, you will oversee site interactions from activation to closeout, manage clinical and central monitoring deliverables, identify and mitigate risks to trial timelines and data integrity, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and serve as an escalation point for site and sponsor communications.
• • You will join Syneos Health’s Clinical Solutions team, a global leader in integrated life sciences services, collaborating with passionate problem solvers in a Fully Integrated Service Provider or Full-Service environment to accelerate drug development and commercialization for innovative therapies.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in clinical trial operations, risk-based monitoring, regulatory compliance (GCP/ICH), and cross-functional leadership, while developing strategic thinking and people management skills through mentoring CRAs and Central Monitors and contributing to inspection readiness and data lock milestones.
