📋 Description

• • As a Clinical Trial Manager at Precision Medicine Group, you will serve as the central intelligence hub for oncology-focused clinical trials, leading CRAs and overseeing all clinical aspects across multiple countries to ensure timeline adherence, quality delivery, and regulatory compliance in a mission-driven environment dedicated to improving patient outcomes in rare diseases and oncology.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing site selection, start-up, enrollment, monitoring, data cleaning, and close-out activities; mentoring and training team members; identifying timeline risks and developing creative action plans; leading CRAs in site engagement and oversight; and maintaining cross-functional communication to ensure client satisfaction and trial success.
