📋 Description

• • As a Clinical Trial Manager (Sponsor Dedicated) at Syneos Health, you will play a critical role in advancing life-saving therapies by managing Phase 1 clinical research studies from initiation to completion, ensuring scientific rigor, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery for sponsor partners.
• • Day to day, you will develop and coordinate clinical trial plans, implement protocols in alignment with GCP guidelines, manage logistics and resources, track study progress against milestones and budgets, collaborate with investigators and cross-functional teams, prepare stakeholder reports, mentor junior staff, and resolve operational challenges to maintain study integrity and timelines.
