• • This is a high-execution role designed for ambitious professionals eager to master the art of technical sourcing and candidate evaluation. You will be instrumental in building and nurturing robust talent pipelines across South America, focusing on identifying, engaging, and screening exceptional candidates for critical roles. Your primary objective will be to generate consistent, high-quality talent that fuels our rapid growth and technological advancements. You will work closely with recruiting leadership, contributing directly to our ability to attract and hire the best minds in the industry.
• • Your day-to-day will involve a proactive and strategic approach to talent acquisition. You will leverage a variety of tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, targeted outbound campaigns, and other innovative sourcing methodologies to uncover passive and active candidates. A keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of technical roles will be essential as you meticulously review inbound applications, ensuring no promising candidate is overlooked. You will be the first point of contact for many potential hires, responsible for conducting structured first-round screens. These crucial conversations will assess not only technical alignment with our needs but also essential soft skills, communication proficiency, and English fluency, ensuring candidates possess the foundational requirements for success at Canals.
• • Beyond identification and initial assessment, a significant part of your role will be to 'sell' the Canals opportunity. You will articulate our vision, our innovative technology, and our unique company culture with clarity and enthusiasm, building genuine excitement and a compelling case for candidates to consider joining our mission. Your ability to connect with individuals on a professional and personal level will be key to converting interest into applications and ultimately, into hires. You will also manage the initial stages of the candidate experience, coordinating scheduling and ensuring a smooth flow through the early interview process. To maintain momentum and provide valuable insights, you will diligently track your activity and key pipeline metrics, reporting on progress and identifying areas for optimization.
