- • As the Manager of Account Management at Vynca, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for driving the success, growth, and retention of value-based provider, health plan, community, and health system partnerships, ensuring clients achieve measurable outcomes through the adoption and expansion of Vynca’s Enhanced Care Management, Palliative Care, and Advanced Care Planning software platform.
- • You will serve as the primary relationship owner and internal orchestrator, aligning cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value for clients while maintaining strong financial performance and strategic alignment across complex healthcare partnerships.
- • Day to day, you will serve as the relationship owner for key client partnerships, building trusted relationships with executives and operational stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, population health goals, and success metrics, acting as the primary advocate for client needs while aligning with company strategy.
- • You will drive successful adoption and performance of Vynca’s core services—Enhanced Care Management, Palliative Care, and Advanced Care Planning—ensuring programs achieve targeted KPIs including revenue realization, quality metrics, and cost outcomes, and translating operational results into measurable business impact for partners.
- • You will own revenue realization through renewals, expansions, and contract extensions, developing strategic account plans that identify risks, opportunities, and growth pathways, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and forecasting revenue and account health across the portfolio.
- • You will coach and mentor Account Managers in relationship management, problem solving, and strategic account planning, establishing scalable processes and playbooks for account management, ensuring consistent execution across implementations, expansions, and ongoing client engagement, and building a high-performing client success function as the company scales.
- • You will oversee implementation of new accounts, service expansions, and software releases, coordinating internal readiness across Technology, Clinical, Enrollment, RCM, Product, and Compliance teams, ensuring commitments, timelines, scope, and expectations are clearly managed, and escalating and resolving issues quickly to protect client success.
- • You will lead Monthly or Quarterly Business Reviews with clients, monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational outcomes, ensure clients clearly understand the impact of the partnership, and translate performance into business impact (ROI, savings, quality, and growth).

- • In this role, you will develop advanced leadership and strategic partnership skills in value-based healthcare, deepen expertise in healthcare regulatory and compliance standards, and gain experience driving commercial performance and client outcomes at scale within a rapidly growing health technology organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field required; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or similar) preferred.
- • 5+ years of experience in account management, client partnerships, or strategic client success within value-based healthcare organizations; prior experience in palliative care or enhanced care management is a plus.
- • 3+ years of leadership experience managing or mentoring client-facing teams.
- • Experience partnering with health plans, value-based care organizations, healthcare systems, and community-based provider networks.
- • Strong commercial acumen, including experience with contracts, pricing models, margin management, and revenue forecasting.
- • Demonstrated success managing complex client portfolios, driving client retention, and expanding strategic partnerships.
