- • The Clinician Scheduling Coordinator supports Array Behavioral Care’s clinical operations by maintaining accurate and efficient clinician schedules across all service lines, ensuring clinician availability aligns with patient demand, contractual requirements, and workforce plans.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include building and updating clinician schedules, executing daily schedule adjustments for PTO, call-outs, and shift swaps, monitoring schedule accuracy, serving as the primary point of contact for clinicians regarding scheduling, communicating updates to stakeholders, ensuring only credentialed clinicians are scheduled, maintaining records in workforce management systems, supporting reporting and audits, and identifying process improvements for scalability and clinician experience.

- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in healthcare workforce coordination, gain experience with scheduling systems like Qgenda and Planbase, strengthen communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced remote environment, and contribute to operational scalability while supporting clinician satisfaction and patient access to care.
