- • As a Powered Land Acquisition Manager at FluidStack Inc., you will lead the identification, evaluation, and securing of powered land opportunities critical to building the compute infrastructure that fuels artificial superintelligence, directly enabling the company’s mission to supply GW-scale compute to the world’s largest AI labs.
- • Day to day, you will source and assess large industrial or raw land parcels (100+ acres) with proximity to fiber and high-voltage transmission, coordinate power procurement with utilities for 200MW+ solutions, lead entitlements and zoning due diligence, negotiate land transactions, engage government and community stakeholders, collaborate internally with DC Design, Engineering, Construction, Finance, and Legal teams, and own capacity forecasting to align land availability with customer demand.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in hyperscale data center land acquisition, master complex power infrastructure negotiations, shape long-term land banking strategy, and become a key enabler of FluidStack’s ability to scale AI infrastructure at unprecedented speed — positioning yourself at the forefront of the AI infrastructure revolution.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5–10+ years of experience in commercial or industrial real estate acquisition, site selection, or energy infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on data centers or large-scale industrial development
- • Deep understanding of data center infrastructure requirements, high-voltage electricity systems, zoning and permitting frameworks, and land-use regulations
- • Proven track record of closing complex, high-stakes land transactions at scale
- • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- • Willingness to travel 20%+ as needed for site visits and stakeholder engagement
