📋 Description

• Lead globally distributed service delivery teams responsible for investor operations, AML compliance, and treasury workflows across a portfolio of private markets clients including private equity, venture capital, private credit, and real assets funds.
• Own end-to-end operational execution and service quality across the full investor lifecycle, including investor onboarding, AML/KYC reviews, capital calls and distributions, account maintenance, and treasury-related transactions.
• Drive accountability, performance management, talent development, and succession planning for multiple managers and their teams across different geographies.
• Oversee client delivery for complex fund structures operating across multiple global jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to regulatory and operational standards.
• Partner directly with senior client stakeholders to manage escalations, strengthen relationships, and ensure long-term client success and retention.
• Lead capacity planning, workforce management, and resource allocation to support scaling operations amid growing client demand and geographic expansion.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational workflows, enhance controls, automate manual processes, and increase efficiency without compromising service quality or investor experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Fund Accounting, Customer Success, and Sales teams to ensure operational readiness, platform evolution, and scalable service delivery.
• Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs tied to service delivery performance, operational health, team utilization, and client outcomes.
• Contribute to the evolution and refinement of the Investor Services operating model to support growth across clients, products, and international markets.
• Provide operational insights and client feedback to inform product development, strategic initiatives, and platform enhancements across the organization.
• Build structure and process in ambiguous, fast-moving environments to ensure consistent execution, compliance, and scalability.
• Maintain a data-driven approach to decision-making, leveraging metrics to assess team performance, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Foster a culture of high standards, transparency, and feedback while developing high-performing managers and teams in a remote-first, global environment.
• Align team goals with company-wide objectives to support Juniper Square’s mission of unifying technology, data, and fund administration services for private markets fund managers.
• Support the integration of JunieAI and other platform tools into investor operations to enhance automation, reduce manual effort, and improve accuracy across workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in investor services, fund administration, transfer agency, or related private markets operations.
• 5+ years of experience leading managers and globally distributed teams in a high-growth or complex operating environment.
• Deep understanding of private markets operations including investor onboarding, AML/KYC, capital activity, treasury workflows, and ongoing investor servicing.
• Experience supporting private equity, venture capital, private credit, and/or real asset fund structures across multiple jurisdictions.
• Proven ability to lead operational teams at scale while maintaining strong controls, service quality, and execution consistency.
• Strong operational mindset with experience building processes, improving workflows, and driving organizational scale.
