This pivotal role demands a seasoned professional adept at navigating the complexities of CLM projects from inception to successful completion, ensuring clients achieve their strategic objectives and realize maximum value from their CLM investments.
• • Your core responsibility will be to lead and manage end-to-end CLM projects. This encompasses the critical phases of current-state assessments, where you will meticulously analyze existing contract management processes to identify inefficiencies, compliance risks, and opportunities for enhancement. Following this, you will be instrumental in designing future-state processes, leveraging industry best practices and your deep CLM expertise to create optimized workflows that align with each client's unique business needs and strategic goals.
• • A significant aspect of this role involves guiding clients through the CLM vendor selection process. You will define detailed requirements, facilitate insightful vendor demonstrations, and conduct thorough evaluations to ensure the chosen CLM platform is the optimal fit for the client's functional and technical landscape. This includes developing and presenting selection scorecards and assisting clients in making informed decisions.
• • You will act as the primary subject matter expert in CLM, providing strategic advice and hands-on support throughout the implementation lifecycle.
