📋 Description

• Implement automated, containerized cloud application platform solutions with a focus on infrastructure concerns including networking, storage, virtualization, security, logging, monitoring, high availability, and system resilience
• Serve as a subject matter expert addressing technical, developmental, or strategic IT needs for clients using Red Hat’s infrastructure and cloud technologies
• Learn and apply new technologies to meet evolving customer requirements and deliver tailored open source solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor by adapting to changing client environments and providing recommendations aligned with their infrastructure and business goals
• Manage end-to-end problem identification, system architecture definition, software specification and design, testing, and deployment of complex open source solutions
• Respond professionally to incidents, escalations, and exceptions during client engagements
• Deliver high-quality results both on-site and remotely, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope, including maintaining project journals, status reports, and standard documentation
• Engage directly with clients to understand their infrastructure and business challenges, translating technical capabilities into actionable strategies
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for automation, reliability, scalability, maintainability, high availability, and failover setups
• Maintain deep familiarity with Red Hat’s infrastructure solutions including Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), and Ansible Automation Platform
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences through presentations and client interactions
• Contribute to the open source community by applying community-driven principles in client engagements
• Travel as needed across the EMEA region to support on-site client deployments and consultations

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of infrastructure technologies on a delivery level
• Experience implementing container technologies in enterprise settings with enterprise-wide deployments
• Knowledge of one or more Red Hat infrastructure solutions (Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, or Ansible Automation Platform)
• Excellent written and verbal language skills in German and English
• German Level C1 and above is mandatory
• Good customer-facing skills with the ability to present to clients and lead customer interactions
