📋 Description

• As a Cloud Solution Architect specializing in Microsoft Teams and Teams Phone, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers worldwide, guiding them through the modernization of collaboration and voice platforms in hybrid and cloud environments.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading remote and hybrid customer engagements focused on Microsoft Teams (Chat, Meetings, Collaboration) and Teams Phone (Calling Plans, Operator Connect, Direct Routing), designing and implementing modern collaboration and voice architectures aligned with Microsoft best practices, and driving Teams and voice modernization journeys such as migration from Skype for Business or legacy PBX systems to Teams, Teams Phone readiness, design, and rollout, and voice integration scenarios.
• You will be part of the Concentrix Technical Products and Services team, a global leader in intelligent transformation that combines human-centered design, powerful data, and advanced technology to deliver market-leading solutions that modernize and simplify customer experiences for world-class brands across over 70 countries.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Microsoft 365, Teams Phone architectures, and enterprise voice modernization, act as a subject matter expert within Global Delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and scalable delivery, and capture and share technical best practices to elevate the CSA community and drive innovation in collaboration technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams and Teams Phone
• Strong knowledge of Teams calling architecture, media flows, Direct Routing, Operator Connect, and Calling Plans
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and identity-based access and authentication models
• Solid understanding of hybrid and cloud-native collaboration architectures
• Fluency in both Italian and English (mandatory)
• Proven ability to translate complex collaboration and voice scenarios into clear architectural guidance for customer-facing engagements
