- • Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure for the Odaseva EnterpriseData Platform, specifically optimized for Salesforce data resilience and regulatory compliance.
- • Automate deployment, monitoring, and scaling of cloud-based services using infrastructure-as-code tools and CI/CD pipelines to ensure high availability and operational efficiency.
- • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to architect secure, scalable, and compliant cloud environments that support Backup and Restore, Archiving, and Data Privacy solutions.
- • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime across global cloud deployments.
- • Ensure adherence to data sovereignty and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) by configuring cloud resources in alignment with enterprise data governance policies.
- • Manage cloud cost optimization strategies across multi-cloud and hybrid environments while maintaining performance and security standards.
- • Integrate security best practices into cloud operations, including identity and access management, network segmentation, encryption at rest and in transit, and vulnerability scanning.
- • Participate in on-call rotations to respond to critical incidents, perform root cause analysis, and document remediation steps to improve system reliability.
- • Work closely with global teams across San Francisco, Paris, Sydney, London, Kuala Lumpur, and Singapore to align cloud infrastructure with regional compliance and operational needs.
- • Document cloud architecture, operational procedures, and incident response playbooks to enable knowledge sharing and team scalability.
- • Continuously evaluate emerging cloud technologies and tools to enhance platform performance, security, and automation capabilities.
- • Support internal teams in deploying and managing data migration, archival, and recovery workflows within the Odaseva platform.
- • Maintain compliance with internal policies and external audits by ensuring cloud configurations meet enterprise-grade security and data protection standards.
- • Contribute to the company’s Kaizen and One Team values by actively participating in peer reviews, knowledge sessions, and cross-functional initiatives.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a CloudOps Engineer or similar role managing production cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- • Hands-on expertise with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi
- • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
- • Experience securing cloud infrastructure for compliance with GDPR, CCPA, or other data privacy regulations
- • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or New Relic)
- • Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems and participate in 24/7 on-call rotations
