📋 Description

• • As the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for MLabs’ client in the decentralized finance (DeFi) sector, you will define and lead the narrative for a groundbreaking Proprietary Automated Market Maker (Prop AMM) DEX on Ethereum and EVM L2 ecosystems, positioning it as the dominant leader in an emerging market structure.
• • You will own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy, transitioning the platform from alpha to public launch, while crafting brand narrative, overseeing high-impact content creation, scaling growth loops, and coordinating cross-functionally with Product, BD, Partnerships, and Market Makers to ensure unified market presence.
• • You will join a pioneering team building the first-ever Prop AMM that solves high storage costs and non-deterministic transaction ordering, protecting liquidity providers from toxic flow while delivering optimal pricing and tight spreads on-chain.
• • In this role, you will shape a new industry category, work directly with the CEO, CTO, and CPO, and gain deep influence over product-market fit, brand authority, and ecosystem adoption in a high-velocity, innovation-driven DeFi environment.
