📋 Description

• As Co-Founder & Head of Product at DreamBook, you will partner directly with serial entrepreneur Mukesh Bansal to build and launch an AI-driven end-to-end book writing and self-publishing ecosystem from its current building stage to global market launch, owning the entire product vision for a platform serving creators, CEOs, and domain experts who lack time or structured processes to turn ideas into print.
• Day to day, you will define the 0-to-1 blueprint by architecting product strategy and user journeys for AI-assisted long-form writing, drive AI and workflow innovation by designing intuitive interfaces for multi-chapter drafting and compliance workflows, lead GTM and global scaling by integrating digital distribution and print-on-demand networks, and establish product culture by building and mentoring a world-class product team in India using lean, high-velocity processes.
• You will join Meraki Labs, a founder-led venture studio founded by Mukesh Bansal (Myntra, Cult.fit), which builds moonshot companies from the ground up, with DreamBook as its active venture in the Creative AI & Publishing space targeting a premium, underserved market for long-form generative AI applications.
• In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape a category-defining product from zero to global scale, work closely with a proven serial entrepreneur, build a high-impact product team in India, and gain deep expertise in applying generative AI to complex creative workflows while establishing a new standard in AI-powered publishing.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ Years of Experience in product management with a stellar track record leading teams in Consumer Tech, Creator-focused platforms, or Digital Media/Publishing
• Proven 0-to-1 Track Record: Experience scaling products from a blank canvas to millions of users or significant market adoption
• AI-First Product Intuition: Deep, practical experience building workflows utilizing LLMs and Generative AI, specifically managing the nuances of long-form content generation
• Design & UX Obsession: Fanatical focus on clean, motivating user experiences that reduce friction for the author's personal creative process
• Bonus: Deep passion for digital media, publishing ecosystems, or world-class productivity platforms
