- • Lead the end-to-end growth and operations of Fe League as Co-Founder and Executive Director, driving mission to close the leadership gap through community, coaching access, and peer networks for professionals at every career stage.
- • Own membership growth across all program tiers, from acquisition to retention, while designing community experiences including programming, events, coaching integrations, and peer cohort activation.
- • Manage organizational operations, budget, and partnership development, and represent Fe League externally in media, speaking engagements, and strategic relationships to build brand and thought leadership.
- • Collaborate with six co-founders and a board of directors on strategy, governance, and scale, leveraging existing infrastructure and enterprise relationships to accelerate impact.
- • Build and scale a compounding membership organization with lasting impact, combining entrepreneurial drive with mission-focused leadership development.
🎯 Requirements
- • Executive coaching experience with executive-level background seeking to expand coaching platform into value-add services.
- • Deep passion for leadership development and path-making, with a proven track record of advancing leadership potential professionally or personally.
- • Experience in executive coaching, leadership development, organizational community building, or adjacent fields.
- • Strong existing network of professional communities to leverage for growth and engagement.
- • Entrepreneurial operating experience—having built, launched, or scaled something before, even informally.
- • Strong commercial instincts, comfortable owning revenue targets and driving membership growth through strategic initiatives.
